- 1 tbsp kasuri methi

- 1 tbsp oil for tikka
- 2 medium sized onion(thin slices)
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup oil for frying roll covering
- 4 eggs
- as per taste Salt
Instructions to make to make Chicken Egg Roll
- In a bowl take ingredients for a roll covering. Mix and make a semi-soft dough by adding some water. Cover and keep aside.
- In another bowl take chicken pieces, add curd, lemon juice, and all the spices mentioned. Add salt also and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.

- After 30 minutes, arrange chicken pieces into skewers. Heat a non -stick pan. Add oil and grill skewers on low -medium flame till done. Keep aside.


- Now prepare to cover of egg roll. Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Take 1 portion. Roll out into a roti. Make spirals and roll like a lachcha paratha.

- Heat a tawa. Put the paratha on tawa and cook 1 side for 1 minute. Flip and pour 1 egg (blended)on the paratha. Spread on the whole paratha. Flip after 1 minute and fry on both sides after adding some oil. Take out and keep aside. Prepare all parathas in the same way.



- Making chicken egg roll: Put 1 tsp tomato ketchup on 1 paratha. Add 2 tbsp sliced onion, some chopped green chilies, and coriander leaves. Put chicken tikka of 1 skewer on onion slices. Add lemon juice and 1 tbsp mayonnaise.


- Roll and cover the one end with a kitchen napkin or aluminum foil. Serve.
