  17. some whole red chillies
  18. For chicken curry
  19. half kg boneless chicken cut into small cubes,
  20. 4 tomatoes,
  21. 1 medium onion,
  22. 1 tbsp salt & red chilli powder,
  23. 1 tsp turmeric coriander cumin & paprika powder
  24. 1 packet Spaghetti
  25. Lemon
  26. Fresh cilantro
  27. Chat masala
  28. Spicy finger chips/ slims
  29. Spicy/ chilli peanuts
  30. Fried onions
  31. Fried garlic
  32. Chopped green chillies

Steps to make to make Chicken khaosuey ♥️

  1. Start your recipe with making the karee as it takes more time to get ready. Mix yogurt & gram flour in a bowl using a hand blender or a fork. Take half cup oil in a pan and add cumin seeds karee patta and ginger garlic paste, fry for 2-3 mins, add a bit of water and then add the spices, cook for another 2-3 mins then add the yogurt mix in it. Add a cup of water, keep the flame high and bring it to boil.

  3. Once you achieve the desired consistency and texture and the oil separates take a frying pan add half cup oil & fry onions & garlic for tarka, add cumin seeds & some whole red chillies too. Garnish with fresh cilantro & some spring onions
  4. Now start making the chicken curry, take half cup oil in a pan add chopped onion once they are golden brown add chicken then ginger garlic paste. Fry for 2-3 mins, add dry spices and tomatoes
  5. Fry on high flame for about 5 mins, then let it cook on low flame for 15 mins, once the chicken is cooked add chopped green chillies, cilantro & spring onions
  6. Boil the spaghetti with some drops of oil and a pinch of salt, once they are boiled drain the water and wash them with cold water
  7. Gather all of your toppings & garnishing stuff for assembling
  8. Now the fun part - Assembling

    Put the noodles first then karee & then chicken on top, then everything according to your choice, I like to add lots of lemon juice chat masala cilantro fried garlic, lots & lots of spicy potato sticks & peanuts.
