  3. Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste oil curd red chilli Powder and salt for 1 hour
  4. Heat oil and ghee and temper shahi jeera and bay leaf
  5. Add chopped onion slices saute well
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
  7. Add the chicken pieces and saute well cover it till it become soft
  8. Add red chilli Powder and tomatoand cook well
  9. Now layer the chicken and rice
  10. Add ghee biryani masala into it
  11. Sprinkle kesar soaked milk
  12. Keep it on steam for 20 minutes on a low heat
  13. Serve it hot with raita
  14. Cover and cook till it become soft and moist
